Responsibilities Train hearing-care professionals on hearing aid technology and solutions Support product launches, fittings, troubleshooting, and clinical questions Conduct presentations, lunch-and-learns, and customer events Partner with sales representatives to assess customer needs and recommend solutions Build strong customer relationships and provide virtual support as needed Document customer activity in the CRM system Qualifications Au.D. or master’s degree in Audiology required Two or more years of clinical hearing aid experience Strong presentation, communication, and relationship-building skills Current knowledge of hearing aid technology and industry practices Strong organization, time management, and follow-through Microsoft Office proficiency; CRM experience is a plus Clinical and educational audiologists with hearing aid experience are encouraged to apply. Candidates with exclusively research or academic backgrounds will not be considered. Travel Frequent regional travel is required, potentially up to 75%. Most travel is drivable , with some overnights for product launches, meetings, and customer events.
