LPN Day Shift Nurse
Job Summary:
We are seeking a compassionate and skilled LPN to join our Day Shift team at Nightingale at Monticello, a premier healthcare provider in Monticello, Arkansas. As a LPN Day Shift Nurse, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality patient care and contributing to the success of our nursing team.
Responsibilities:
Provide direct patient care under the supervision of registered nurses, including administering medications, performing vital signs, and documenting patient information
Assist with initial patient assessments, develop patient care plans, and implement interventions as prescribed by physicians
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care transitions and patient-centered outcomes
Maintain accurate and detailed records, including patient charts, medication administration records, and other necessary documentation
Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient satisfaction and clinical outcomes

Qualifications:
Current LPN license in the state of Arkansas
High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's degree or higher preferred
Experience working in a long-term care or acute care setting
Possession of strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks accordingly
