This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for an Operations Trainer based in the United States. The Operations Trainer will help build and deliver high-impact learning programs for technical and project-focused teams. You will work closely with business leaders and subject matter experts to translate complex processes into practical, engaging learning experiences. The role covers methodologies, tools, standard operating procedures, project management, governance, and technical documentation. You will combine instructional design, facilitation, coaching, and learning evaluation to strengthen workforce capabilities and business performance. This position offers the opportunity to influence organizational culture while helping teams become more proficient, confident, and effective. You will collaborate across Talent Development, HR, operations, and business functions in a fast-paced environment focused on continuous improvement. The role is remote, with occasional travel of up to 50% to support teams, learning programs, and business needs. Accountabilities - Partner with instructional design professionals to create customized internal learning content using adult learning theory and modern instructional practices. - Collaborate with business leaders and Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to identify learning needs and develop practical, high-impact solutions. - Coach SMEs on adult learning principles, effective facilitation techniques, and the development of hands-on learning exercises. - Develop and manage multiple internal learning programs using a variety of delivery methods, including instructor-led training, on-the-job learning, coaching, and self-guided resources. - Design individualized learning solutions and identify relevant internal and external development resources based on specific business and employee needs. - Facilitate learning courses and workshops for team members across the organization.

- Provide coaching and personalized talent-development support to managers, particularly across the Rocky Mountain region. - Coordinate course scheduling, participant registration, logistics, and setup for organization-wide learning programs. - Partner with HR stakeholders to develop talent-development solutions aligned with organizational and business priorities. - Evaluate the effectiveness, business impact, and scalability of learning programs and continuously identify opportunities for improvement. - Track learning metrics and analyze results on a quarterly basis to assess engagement, effectiveness, and return on investment. - Support cultural and organizational change initiatives by helping employees and leaders adopt new practices, processes, and capabilities. Requirements - Bachelor’s degree in Organizational Development, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred. - At least 3 years of experience applying adult learning theory in a professional environment. - Practical experience consulting with internal business stakeholders to assess learning needs and develop innovative, business-focused solutions. - Experience facilitating training and learning sessions for large groups. - Strong knowledge of adult learning principles, learning needs assessment, curriculum development, instructional design, and learning evaluation or ROI methodologies. - Excellent facilitation and presentation skills, with the ability to make complex concepts accessible and engaging for different audiences. - Strong coaching skills and the ability to influence project teams, encourage accountability, and keep initiatives on schedule. - Proven ability to build strong relationships across different levels and functions of an organization. - Strong project-management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple learning initiatives simultaneously.
