Project Manager - Heavy Civil / Highway - Charleston, WV Area Our client, a leading West Virginia-based heavy civil and highway contractor building roads, bridges, and water/wastewater treatment infrastructure across West Virginia and the surrounding states, is hiring a Project Manager.
